A 5K race through the countryside? That’s for wussies! Run, slip, slide, trudge and tumble your way through our Swamp Dash & Bash. As a team or alone, get muddy to win or just muddy for fun, but remember-- The Swamp Dash & Bash is seriously challenging -- it’s a warrior dash Florida style -- hot, sweaty, and swampy. But it’s also muddy rewarding! And when you finish the dash, slog on over to the bash. Enjoy the beer, the barbecue, and the banging live music. So go ahead -- get muddy. Have some serious fun, and muck up some good!
