We’re launching this run challenge in waves. Running the mud with a team? You need three teammates total for “gettin’ muddy to win”. If you’re running just because it makes you happier than a pig in poop, pick a “just to get muddy” wave. And listen up mud runners -- read the rules! Break them, and we’re gonna kick your keister out. And no, the track is not a bathroom. That’s what plastic potties are for.
Stay safe while you're trudging, loping and rolling the miles of slushy mud at the Swamp Dash & Bash. To help you do that, you’ll see medical folks at this race challenge. If we call an ambulance, it’s on you, so don’t ask your body to do anything that it doesn’t want to do.
